Emori is a SaaS platform built around celebratory gifting. I designed and shipped the entire product solo: a Laravel web portal, a marketing site, and native iOS and Android apps — from mockups to production in roughly two weeks. Product strategy, UX, UI, systems thinking, and production moved together — owned end-to-end.

Redesigned product pages and optimized the furniture shopping experience through experimentation — contributing to 13% conversion lift and 11% AOV improvement.

At Joybird, a La-Z-Boy company, I led UX for the online furniture shopping experience. Product-page redesigns, A/B and multivariate testing, GA4/Hotjar/Looker analysis, 3D asset workflows, and UAT improvements drove measurable gains: 13% conversion lift, 11% AOV improvement, 9% lower bounce rates, and 20% faster launch cycles.

At Total Merchant Services I led UX across enterprise merchant tools, payment platforms, a Sales Agent Interface, merchant analytics/reporting, Groovv POS, mobile adaptations, and 10+ web properties. The challenge was scale: simplify B2B payments workflows while supporting products connected to $1B+ in annual transaction volume.
